Possible wedding in upcoming Harry Potter film sparks interest

Wedding blogs might soon be buzzing with Harry Potter wedding news – Acehowbiz.com recently aired footage from a wedding scene in the upcoming Harry Potter film.

Will the movies differ from the books (gasp) and see Harry married off before the end of the seventh book? Well, not quite. But those who are intrigued by wizarding weddings will appreciate the news on Bill Weasley (side-kick Ron's older brother) and his fictional marriage to Fleur Delacour.

It seems that the films creators had plenty of fun conjuring up visions of a magical wedding. We wonder what items are essential to a witchy bride-to-be's wedding checklist? It appears from the video that the wedding features the magical equivalent of a fog machine, plenty of old-fashioned group dances and a wedding dress that has some kind of dark, feathered sash.

In real-life wedding news, some Potter-addicts have planned their wedding reception around the release dates of the books. When the seventh Harry Potter book hit the shelves, one devoted husband whisked his new bride directly from their reception to the local Barnes & Noble to make the midnight release. They arrived at the book store in a limo and were allowed to the front of the line, About.com reported.
