Kate Hudson favors wedding dresses on the red carpet

Though Kate Hudson's glowing skin and blonde hair looked great against her white gown at the Golden Globe Awards, the dress struck some critics as a little too bridal.

Well, they were dead on. The white Marchesa gown was straight from the line's bridal collection. Though we don't know exactly how we feel about mixing wedding dresses and evening wear, we have to admit that the pretty frock looked good on Hudson.

The dress featured a long train and a structured bodice, and she paired it with some diamond jewelry.

But, we feel like we have to point out that Hudson also wore a white dress to the SAG awards over the weekend.
Perhaps the pretty starlet is just making use of the wedding dresses she purchased when she was dating Yankee's player Alex Rodriguez?

Either way, we're sure that any girl would feel lucky to don a couture wedding dress like the one Hudson wore, whether it's for a walk down the aisle or a trip down the red carpet.
