Reese Witherspoon may be wearing an engagement ring soon

Is America's sweetheart officially ready to take the plunge again? If the rumor mill is to be believed, there may be something sparkly in Reese Witherspoon's future.

In Touch Magazine reports that the Walk the Line actress' new beau, Jim Toth, was recently spotted shopping for engagement rings.

"Reese wasn't with him, because he wants it to be a surprise," a tattletale dished to the news source. "But he knows her style. The ring will be classic and beautiful, just like Reese herself."

Witherspoon and Toth have been smooching for less than a year. The perky actress was married once before to actor Ryan Phillippe, with whom she has two children, Ava, 10, and Deacon, who is 6-years-old

Reese was most recently in a two-year relationship with pretty boy Jake Gyllenhaal. While there was endless chatter about the starlet exchanging wedding vows with the leading man from Prince of Persia, the source insists it was never an option.

"She loved him, but wasn't passionate about him. Jim is her ultimate guy," the whistleblower told the news outlet.
