Katy Perry wants to sing for Simon Cowell at his wedding

Katy Perry may be busy preparing for her own wedding to British comedian Russell Brand, but that hasn't stopped the pop tart from divulging what her wedding present to former American Idol judge Simon Cowell would be.

Cowell is engaged to makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy, and Perry recently hinted that she would love to perform a duet with her current girl-crush Cheryl Cole at his wedding.

MTV UK reports that Perry, who spent time with Cowell and Cole during her guest judging stint on X-Factor this past year, is keen on collaborating with the Girls Aloud alum.

"I'd love to perform with Cheryl and I think a great time to do it would be at Simon's wedding - what else do you get the man who has everything?" the California Gurls singer told Now Magazine.

Perry, who became engaged to Brand less than a year ago, also revealed that if she weren't in love with him she might be spending some more time with the recently divorced Cole.

"I adore Cheryl - she's amazing. I'm very happy with my own English stud but if I wasn't with him I'd be trying to date Cheryl," Perry added.

Details surrounding Perry and Brand's wedding have been kept under wraps, the duo is expected to tie the knot sometime this year.
