- How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? My wife and I hired them in 2007 to take our photos for our wedding. They sent us an email two years later with the following language included "We understand that if you wish to share your images with family and friends online you have the right to, but we must be given the opportunity to give you the proper, authorized files with our logo." We asked for the "proper authorized files", but instead of sending the files, they complained to facebook, and had our pictures removed, and never sent us the authorized images. It was very upsetting that we paid these people $600 dollars for photos, but were made to feel like criminals for trying to share them with our friends and family on facebook. They acted like we were trying to sell the pictures and make money off of them or something, it was crazy. Those picutres are supposed to be a reminder of the best day of my life, but now when I look at them, all I can feel is a bunch of aggravation and fustration. Thanks FlickFoto
