- Recommend this bridal shop or tuxedo rental? What did you love most? My experience with this shop was horrendous. The styles are overpriced, limited, and outdated. One woman - Irene - who I believe was the owner was rude, officious and very low class. If she's choosing the styles, then there's your explanation. I was told this was a higher-end bridal shop in the West Hartford area and it only proved a waste of time. If you are looking for a nice sophisticated experience leading up to "the day", this is one stop to avoid.
