- Wedding cake design? Flavors? Yumminess factor? My son's wedding cake was decorated with seashells and starfish that were edible and topped with a barefooted bride and groom topper. Powdered sugar around the cake looked like sand.
- Happy? Craving the cake today? It was beautiful as well as delicious. I was very pleased.
- Best wedding cake comment from guests? Everyone loved it both for taste and looks.

- Wedding cake design? Flavors? Yumminess factor? It has been almost twenty years since I got married and Louise made my wedding cake. By the time I got married I had seen many wedding and birthday cakes made by Louise so there was no question of who to ask to make my cake. I had and still have so much confidence in Louise's talents that I didn't need to select a cake and tell her what I wanted it to look like, I just took just her the cake top I picked out and left the rest to Louise. Louise did not disappoint, I can still remember what the cake looked like, it was the most beautiful cake I had ever seen. One of my favorite wedding pictures is with the the cake surrounded by the brides maid flowers. The guests raved about the cake which was not only beautiful but also moist and delicious. I was grateful for the tradition of saving the top tier for the bride and groom's anniversary because we were able to enjoy it on our first anniversary. When we took the cake out of the freezer we could not believe that it was just as good a year later as it was the day we got married. I would highly recommend Louis to anyone with a special occation coming up, if you can envision what you want your cake to look like she can make it!!!! Teresa A.
