Stalking The Look Books: Dreamers and Lovers
If you've been following my weekly posts here on OneWed for any length of time you'll find Dreamers and Lovers gowns a perennial favorite of mine. The laces are fabulous with styles that are casual yet with a change of accessories could go formal. Co-founder and designer Yanique Barnes spent her life working in the fashion and design industry--including a 5-year stint at Chanel. She also grew up in Jamaica where her grandmother was a seamstress who made clothing to measure her clients. When Yanique's line came out she wanted to focus on this kind of custom work. Dreamers and Lovers pieces are geared to, "the laid back bride" and as they put it, "keeping things modern and not getting too hung up on the type of bride you 'should' be."
