Spring 2010 Bridal Runway: Sarah Houston Wedding Dresses

By Azure Nelson, Published Nov 5, 2009

The Spring 2010 wedding dress collection from Sarah Houston cannot be summed up in a single word- it can’t be placed into a box and tied up in a pretty bow. Reason being, each dress that Sarah designs is uniquely inspired by her travels to some of the most romantic places in the world… medieval castles in England & Spain, churches and cathedrals in Italy & France, and inspiring art galleries and museums throughout Europe. Each and every dress in this line is truly unique. In fact, Houston custom designs all her own laces to create a signature look. We definitely see those beautiful hints of lace in this collection. Take the third photo as an example- don’t you love the tiny bit of lace peeking up above the softly dipped strapless necklines? And how fabulously vintage-glam are the dresses in the second photo? Old Hollywood with an elegant, seductive twist. I’m crazy about the cowl neckline, low, draping back, and stunning beadwork accents on the Hillary gown (far right). I would love to slink down the aisle in this gorgeous, sexy number. If you had to choose just one, which one would be your pick??
