Favorite part of the wedding video? Anything beyond ceremony & reception?
My favorite part of our wedding video that Shock Events put together were the unique backgrounds that complimented each picture in the video. The backgrounds and the wording really helped tie in the feel of the video which was love, happiness and togetherness. Growing up pictures were included of both my husband and I as well of pictures that explained the timeline of our relationship. Our guest really enjoyed the end of the video that compiled pictures of them, our loved ones. The video also included songs that are important to both my husband and I, quotes from our friends and a few video clips from friends and families. The video captured all of the special moments of the day from the bride getting ready to cutting the cake to the father/daughter dance.
How did the videographer avoid disrupting the day?
The videographer did a great job blending in with the party and not interrupting any festivities that took place. The videographer was very professional not only in the way she conducted her business but her appearance as well. She was everywhere we needed and wanted her to be before we even new it...she was very, very discret.
Did the videographer capture all important wedding moments? Candids? Interviews?
Our video really complied all of the important elements of our day. Our videographer did a great job capturing numerous candid clips of our guests laughing, dancing, taking pictures, crying and just enjoying themselves. She made sure to capture the little things, like me wiping my dad's tear off before walking down the aisle, she captured my husband and his mom at our reception in a very special moment that I didn't know went on. She captured all the dances and toasts and traditions in a rare way that I can watch over and over.
Tone of the wedding video?
The tone of the video was all of the above emotions. I wanted a fun video but then I wanted a video that was a little sentimental and a little heartfelt. There were moments in the video where I laughed and then there were those perfect moments when I teared up and then just sat back and smiled. The video was perfect and I will surely use Shock Events again!
