Are you looking for wedding photography as unique as you are? Every wedding is different, and your pictures should be too!
Hello and thanks for checking out the Studio B Photography! My name is Rebecca, but most people call me Becca, so feel free to follow suit!
Photographs have always been a big part of my life. Growing up, my parents did not have a video camera, so my childhood was documented entirely by film. We have tons of albums full of great pictures, and I still look through them. I think there is something so timeless about a fantastic photo that can bring you back to a second you might have otherwise forgotten. While I appreciate the value of videotaping your wedding so you can show it to your Grandparents, neighbors, mailman…I think it’s magical to be able to freeze the moment before a bride walks down the aisle with her father while they both look simultaneously excited and nervous.
That’s what makes photography so exciting for me. I like the challenge of getting a shot that in a split second can show you exactly who a person is, whether they are 5 or 105. My grandmother just passed away last year at age 97, and in the last year of her life, I was fortunate enough to make two trips to see her and take her picture. Our family now has a wonderful collection of pictures of her that we will cherish always.
It makes me so happy to be invited to share special moments with people and be able to artistically document the treasured bonds and special moments in their lives. I believe it is a privilege to be trusted with photographing individuals, and it makes me proud to capture moments and transform them into tangible memories. I am a fun-loving person, and like to think that shows through in my pictures. I encourage my clients to relax and be natural while I'm taking their pictures so the result shows them the way they truly are, not some forced version of themselves.
Weddings are a unique mix of love, excitement, family and fun that cannot be re-created. The Studio B Photography strives to document your special day in an artistic way that you will treasure for years to come.
I hope to hear from you soon!
What was your favorite wedding photo?
My favorite wedding photo so far is one of Nelson (my husbad) putting his noce on my face about to kiss me while I have only .my cheek to him (currently my profile picture). The photo is just beautiful
How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits?
She was amazing at never really being seen. She was around the whole day and if you wanted to find her she was always right there but working very discreatly around the whole room.
She is great with both candids and action shots. We loved all of her work!
What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers?
We opted for a very basic wedding package because of budget restrictions. Our package included her and her husband to come to Miami from Atlanta! It included total wedding day coverage and a CD of all of our edited wedding photos. She is also setting up an online viewing album for myself and guests to see all of the photos and they are available for purchase off the wedsite as well.
How did the photographer make you and family comfortable?
Her and her husband we extremely accomidating. She was so polite and introduced herself freely to many of my guests and family members. She came to the wedding with a happy positive attitude and really enjoyed her work. She was absolutely game for everything and you can tell she truely enjoys what she is doing. She never once insisted on a possed shot we didn't want to do. She was very open to us giving ideas for fun group or couples shots and just overwhelming accomidating. She was also few patient with our elderly family members never rushing them up stairs or asking them to hurry up.
