How did the florist meet your needs & budget?
LW shipped out flowers with significant damage for our wedding. They were completely unusable resulting in us scrambling to buy replacements one day before the wedding. Because we did not contact them for a refund within 24 hours of shipment they are refusing to refund the money for the damaged, unusable flowers. Please tell me how reasonable it is to expect someone to take time out of wedding preparations one day before it is set to occur to stop and call a company regarding an order??
