KTFitness offers Co-Ed and Women's only group personal training classes located in Lincoln Park. The classes consist of cardio, strength, agility, quickness, balance, and flexibility with a concentration on the core; the ultimate total body workout that is efficient and effective. They are motivating and fun, yet challenging. The classes are 45-50 min.
KTFitness also offers Co-Ed Bootcamps on the weekends. Bootcamps are held in Lincoln Park at Stockton and Lasalle. Sessions are 45-50 min.

It was extremely beneficial. Katie is very motivating and offers modifications to cater to your own personal fitness levels and goals. She is very realistic, but is also a great motivator and helps you reach your goal level of fitness and even beyond.
How did they tailor to your health & nutrition needs?
Not only did I respect her expertise as a trainer, but I also connected with Katie on a personal level. She helped me realize that part of my goal fitness level involves my daily habits and food choices. She is even willing to offer personal trips to the grocery store to help you with making positive choices and changing to a positive and healthy lifestyle.

KT Fitness personalize training is great at teaching you how to make positive lifestyle changes and stick with them, so you still feel and look great past the wedding date. Katie offers group classes which are a great way to expand a friendship network and also continue to maintain and reach a new level of fitness beyond the wedding date.
