Experiential style. I believe that the photographer is there to capture the experience and that the overall experience of the couple is more important than getting a shot. It's your day, capture the memory of the event, not of the portrait session.
Don't just get pictures, get a Story
Our love of wedding photography is based upon the pure joy we see and feel for the bride and groom and for what a wedding symbolizes- life, love, commitment, and happiness.
Photographing a wedding is more than just simply documenting the day. Providing truly great memories requires insight, intuition, and the ability to connect with people on an emotional level throughout the process. If the experience is positive, in the right hands great photos will follow. I am dedicated to providing every client with an amazing experience.
Sensing and capturing the incredible emotions and love taking place on a couples wedding day or family portrait event allows my team to provide them with a tangible reminder of their day which will last for generations.
What was your favorite wedding photo?
A portrait of my husband and I in the Morton Arboretum after the ceremony. The picture is just perfect.
How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits?
I have never had that much fun taking photos. We hardly knew he was even there as we all bantered and enjoyed the day. Somehow the shots turned out excellent.
What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers?
A wedding album that is amazing, a DVD of proofs, engagement pics and two photographers.
How did the photographer make you and family comfortable?
He was very patient and understanding. He even worked great with my little nephew and niece and got an awesome shot of them playing with the left over flower petals.
