What was your favorite wedding photo?
The above woman did nothing but complain throughout the whole event. Nothing was good enough for her. There was a delay in her prints due to her own fault. She was asked 3x by email and phone to include the mothers books choices, so all prints could be made at once, and ignored each request. Finally, after several months she figured it out and gave me her choices. Some people are never happy no matter how much you do for them. There was never any "pen" marks on any prints, ever. I would never work with Meghan again, ever.
How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits?
He told everyone else, including the videographer, to stay out of his way. He never did candids. He basically just stood there, in the middle of everything. Our day was really all about him
What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers?
We paid for his "diamond" package. We had to threaten a lawsuit in order to get our pictures. I'm shocked to see he's still in business. As part of our contract, I asked for all pictures on a DVD with all rights to the pictures. He sent me a CD of the pictures with a GIANT watermark over them. It took months for him to send the pictures without the watermark, and over 6 months for us to even get our pictures. When the 11x14 and 8x10s arrived, they had pen on them and they all had fold creases. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
How did the photographer make you and family comfortable?
He didn't. He had this annoyed look on his face all day.
