First we arrange an initial, consultation which lasts approximately one hour. The consultation enables us to find out more about you and any initial ideas or thoughts you already have about your occasion. This allows us to then develop any potential themes, ideas and/or colors schemes you may desire.
We then discuss exactly how much involvement you require us to have. You may want us to organize all of your occasion or perhaps there are only a few suppliers you require our help with sourcing. However much involvement you require we can tailor a package to suit your exact requirements.
While we specialize in Weddings, we have vast experience working with Social and Corporate events as well. We work within your budget and can step into the planning process at any point. Our packages are tailored to suit your needs. Once we have met, we will create a personalized blueprint for your event. We will work tirelessly so that your event far exceeds your expectations! Our services include hourly, a la carte, day of, partial planning or full service plans. All of our services include unlimited contact with your planner.

Ginnefer’s Day of Coordination is designed to relieve you from all the last minute details of set-up, organization and coordination of deliveries throughout your wedding day.
We work with you to develop a time line of events for the weekend and distribute this time line to your vendors as well as Bridal Party, Family and VIP Guests. We coordinate your rehearsal and oversee your ceremony and reception so you can truly enjoy the entire day.
We are the first to arrive and our job isn’t over until the last guest has left, the final linens removed, your gifts packed up and the lights turned off.
