Favorite part of the wedding video? Anything beyond ceremony & reception?

If you read any review, please brides, READ THIS ONE. This company is AWFUL. Starting out, I thought it was going to be a great relationship. Will called me, we discussed pricing, and he even expressed his gratitude for me serving my country in the Army and offered a discount. BIGGEST MISTAKE of the wedding. After that, I rarely got a hold of him, so much so that I asked another person within the company if I should start to look for another videographer because I did not feel like I was getting any attention at all. Will didn't show up at the wedding, he sent someone else. After 12 weeks I did not have anything to show for the $1800 I spent. I contacted Will again to which he would leave me very fast voicemails, something something about damage to the video. NO BRIDE EVER WANTS TO HEAR THAT. After days of trying to actually get to speak to him on the phone, he told me that everything was fine but there was a malfunction with the camera. Well not a few days after that, he sent me an e-mail stating that they had in fact lost some of my footage and that he would offer me a full refund. I appreciated him owning up to the mistake, I know it wasn't their fault and things just happen and I asked when I should be expecting my refund. Also, the video was terrible and didn't have the style I specifically hired him to do. When I asked for things to be changed, they just sent me the same video with just some black and white frames. It is just awful. I have been trying to contact Will since Dec 31 2014 to find out when I will be receiving my $1800 and he refuses to return my phone calls and e-mails. I will be taking him to RI Small Claims Court and send him my Demand Letter if he does not get back to me by today. I just wanted to write this in here because I know a lot of brides do a lot of research through here, I know I did, and I don't want ANYONE else to have to deal with the unresponsiveness and terrible service of William Smyth.
