How did the photographer make you and family comfortable?
LOOK ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU TOO WANT TO RISK THE SAME DISAPPOINTMENT! They have no morals or concept of customer service if they don't care that they ruined a families memories!
The session seemed to have gone fine, however from the viewing on it went down hill! They give you every shot to look at, which is crazy when so many are unusable. So, it was frustrating, especially when you have young children to entertain; there is no private viewing area or separate area for them to play, or even a bathroom in their business (you have you go to one within the shopping center).
Regardless, we picked our photos and anxiously awaited them to arrive. The photos quality was horrible...blurry to say the least! I immediately called to ask what happened. Eventually the owner got on the phone, not very apologetic and he agreed that after reviewing the printed imagines, they were blurry. He also admitted that a slow shutter speed was used. After he ended the conversation by hanging up on me, I questioned his professionalism & customer service. I contacted numerous PROFESSIONAL photographers and all have agreed that many mistakes were made on their company's behalf; for starters...the session time should never have taken place that late in the evening, especially at that time of year. Their company made it a point to send an email addressing the results if a customer was late. We arrived early and waited for our photographer to finish with a prior family (15min late). The consensus was, Legacy's workers clearly are not prepared to work with poor lighting situations; they also never should have presented a customer, let alone SOLD blurry photos.
Legacy Design will not refund me my session & print money unless I return the prints. I agree most businesses would not allow an item to be kept after a refund is issued, however no one can argue that we lost our time, money, and the opportunity at capturing our memory! When I have already lost the opportunity to have this year’s family vacation professionally captured, explain to me, why should I lose my money and the few images I can look back on? Legacy can't refund me my vacation, but they can refund me the money they stole from me, when they did not produce the quality PROFESSIONAL images they promised to capture!
