Favorite part of wedding day catering?
When I could smell the food on the grill cooking...
How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch?
The presentation was awful. It was jammed together on one table in no particular order. The children's food was the first thing you came to (hamburger & hot dogs) and there was no direction who that food was for. The buns for the grilled sandwiches were after people already had meat on their plate. The lasagna was HORRIBLE and they actually pulled it from the line because it was of "questionable quality." After two months of calling and being ignored, they finally said they would cover about half of the lasagna price, but not the full amount. I had friends and family only eat the side dishes since their main course was gone, and at the end there was no meat at all for people to eat. The salad was jammed in at the end with no room to fill the bowl and put dressing on.
